Bryan Glover is Chief Growth Officer for Honeywell Performance Materials & Technologies (PMT), a $10.7 billion portfolio of businesses serving customers with performance chemicals and materials, process technologies, and automation controls.

PMT is a leader in supporting the global transition towards renewable energy and a low-carbon economy, accelerating a more sustainable future. Previously, Bryan served as President and CEO of Honeywell UOP,a leading international supplier and licensor of process technology, catalysts, adsorbents, equipment, digital services and consulting services to the petroleum refining, petrochemical, and gas processing industries. UOP also specializes in a full range of ready-now, sustainable technologies including renewable fuels (sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel), blue and green hydrogen, carbon capture, energy storage and advanced plastics recycling.

In his 37 years with UOP, Bryan has held positions of increasing responsibility in areas across the business including research and development,technical services, sales support and product line management. Bryanhas served as VicePresident and General Manager ofthe UOP Process Technology group,responsible for the full range of licensed UOP technologies in refining, petrochemicals and gas
processing; SeniorBusiness Director of Refining, and SeniorDirector of Development in R&D wherehe led development of new technologies.

Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan TechnologicalUniversityand anMBA from theUniversity of Chicago and is the inventor or co-inventoron more than 60 U.S. patents.
