Prior to joining CK Birla Group, Dilip was with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as ‘VP & Head of Digital, IT & Process Excellence’ for their Biopharma business. He comes with more than 18 years of multinational and multi-cultural experience across Technology Consulting, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Textile, Power, Infra, Agri (Seeds, Sugar), Chemicals and Technology, working with $1 Bil to $6 Bil public & private companies across North America, Europe, APAC and India. His experience spans across defining Digital Transformation Strategies and building Digital & Analytics programs leveraging digital enterprise landscape comprising of AI and ML Ops, Cloud based Data Lakes, RPA, NLP, Computer Vision, Industry 4.0 (Digital Twins, Site Historians, Operations Technologies & Automation, MES platforms, Operations Excellence platforms), Manufacturing & Quality automation (MES, LIMS), R&D, Clinical and Regulatory Digital transformation, along with Core Digitization initiatives like SAP S/4 HANA, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
