Master of Science in Engineering, Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. He has been associated with the energy market since 2008. He worked in various market sectors (design of energy networks – ENCO Sp. z o. o., market regulator – Energy Regulatory Office, energy trading and distribution company – PKP Energetyka S.A.). In the years 2011 – 2015 he worked in Polish Financial Supervision Authority, where he was responsible for supervising trading of the electricity, gas and Property Rights on the Polish Power Exchange (PolPx). During this period, he also participated in the process of launching the gas market on the PolPx in Poland. Since 2015 at Orange Polska S.A. related with the creation and implementation of the strategy for purchasing electricity and gas, managing the Property Rights portfolio, conducting negotiations with suppliers as part of purchasing procedures, and developing and implementing the company’s climate policy. Since 2018, within the Orange Group, he has been responsible for coordinating the electricity purchase strategy in the European countries of the Orange Group and advising on purchasing procedures in these countries. Responsible for implementing the Orange Goes Green policy in the field of green energy contracting for Orange purposes – risk assessment, negotiations, signing and managing of PPA deals (physical and financial PPA agreements covering nearly 100 wind turbines and 15 solar farms).
