Nadjia Yousif is the Global Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), based in London. In this role, Nadjia helps drive BCG’s internal diversity agenda of fostering an equitable and inclusive environment across the firm. She also works with external partners to contribute to the global DEI dialogue.
Nadjia’s CDO role is in addition to her primary role of Managing Director and Partner at BCG. This role includes her client-facing work, supporting tech & digital transformations in the private and public sectors.
Nadjia is a passionate advocate for diversity in the workplace and women in STEM subjects. Her efforts have repeatedly earned her spots on INvolve’s OUTstanding Ally Executives and HERoes 100 Women Executives lists.
Nadjia holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD. Nadjia also serves on the UK board of trustees for the Women for Women International, a non-profit organization.
