Nikhil Shanker is VP of Business at Urban Company, where he leads the Repairs Services Business, Products Business and Customer Service. He is passionate about early stage business building, technology led capability building and leading cross functional teams to deliver strong business outcomes. 

Born in Patna, he did his schooling from Mayo College, Ajmer, has an MBA from IIM Lucknow and now lives with his family in Gurgaon. He enjoys cycling, playing football and spending time with his family.

The new generation is often at the forefront of these economic changes, seeking flexibility and independence in their careers.
