Nirupam Srivastava has more than 23 years of experience in Customer strategy, M&A and Technology,  in various profiles such as Vice President – Strategy and AI at Hero Corporate looking after Strategy, New initiatives and AI(Artificial Intelligence), leading IBM Strategy & Marketing Consulting as Managing Consultant.  

Prior to IBM, has also worked as Head of Corporate Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Marketing, at Schneider Electric, and in area of Technology with Infosys and Nokia Networks. He Founded AI/GenAI startup Intelmon, leveraging latest technologies for customer experience CX 

He is an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, India, B. Tech in Electronics and Communications from NIT Kurukshetra, and LL.B. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University and CS from ICSI.

Economic Disruption: We live in an era of disruption in which powerful global forces are changing how we live and work. Powerful disruptions are changing our world. The gig economy, remote work, and the sharing economy have disrupted traditional employment models. The new generation is often at the forefront of these economic changes, seeking flexibility and independence in their careers.

They are at the forefront of embracing and driving these changes, leading to disruptions in various industries. Examples include the rise of blockchain, artificial intelligence, and the gig economy.
