Shivam Puri is the CEO and Whole-time director of Cipla Health (the FMCG subsidiary of Cipla). He has been instrumental in spearheading the company’s wellness mission globally to make healthcare accessible, affordable, and sustainable for all. Under his leadership, Cipla Health has witnessed dramatic growth and success expanding its portfolio of products to cater to diverse healthcare needs of its consumers. 

Prior to his current role as the CEO of Cipla Health, he has held key leadership positions in reputed organizations like Unilever where he spent more than a decade and a half creating and transforming diverse businesses like the Pureit water purifier business, Modern trade business, and the business of Salon professional products. During his stint at Jubilant food works, he has also helped turn around restaurant chains like Dunkin Donuts and create Chinese restaurant chains like Hong’s Kitchen from scratch. 

At Cipla Health, his strategic vision and ability to identify emerging trends have propelled this set up to the forefront of the industry enabling it to make a meaningful impact to the lives of millions through its folio of 18+ brands with many of them today becoming industry leaders in their categories.
