Himanshu Nema is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm. He is based in Mumbai and focuses on investments in healthcare and business services sectors in India. He is the current sector lead on healthcare at Warburg Pincus and has been involved in several healthcare deals.

Himanshu has over 15 years of experience in consulting and investing. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was a Project Leader with the Boston Consulting Group, where he primarily advised clients in the consumer sector across India, U.S., and Africa on strategy, operations, and organization. He also worked at Inductis, a boutique analytics firm, serving clients in financial services and travel sectors.

Himanshu holds a B.Tech and M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT-Bombay and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He has held directorship positions in various companies, including Ecom Express, one of the leading e-commerce focused logistics companies in India. Himanshu is passionate about supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands and entrepreneurs who are transforming the Indian e-commerce landscape.
