Sourabh Pandey is the CXO for Fulfillment & Experience at Meesho. He is responsible for ensuring seamless customer experience from order placement to fulfillment.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Sourabh is a seasoned business leader with experience of working in the financial and e-commerce sector. He has been part of the leadership team with brands such as Myntra, Citibank, and Snapdeal. Have built and led large high-performance teams covering Operations, Project Management, Strategy, Finance, and Customer Service.

As part of the leadership team at Myntra, he held multiple responsibilities across operations and brands’ business. Most notable being leading the Logistics and Operations excellence function at Myntra and Jabong, scaling the function by 10X in 4 years
