Vishwachetan is Chief Operating Officer at Ecom Express and leads the cross-functional operations, including network, process excellence, customer experience, growth operations and oversees the overall business operations. 

He comes with extensive operations experience in a diverse range of industries. Prior to Ecom Express, Vishwachetan was associated with Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail as Chief Operating Officer for Tasva. He has previously worked with Pantaloons, More Retail and Cisco Systems. 

Vishwachetan completed his B.Tech in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering and has a postgraduate degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
