Siddharth is product leader with a strong background in digital technologies, particularly within the aviation sector. Currently, as the Head of IT Operations at Digi Yatra Foundation, Siddharth plays a pivotal role in driving the future roadmap of Digi Yatra Central Ecosystem and Digi Yatra Application. In his previous role at WAISL, he has played a pivotal role in driving the successful rollout of the DigiYatra program at GMR airports. 

Siddharth’s career journey demonstrates a talent for navigating complex digital landscapes. At FlyNava Technologies, he spearheaded product management and customer success, scaling teams and orchestrating successful go-lives for airline solutions. Starting his career with PC Quest as technology journalist he has previously worked with Coforge and Sonata Software as product and solutions expert in aviation vertical. 

A postgraduate of S. P. Jain School of Global Management, Siddharth blends technical expertise with a passion for community engagement. An Ultra Runner, and volunteer with NGOs in education space, he is also committed to leveraging digital technologies for social impact.

Economic Disruption: We live in an era of disruption in which powerful global forces are changing how we live and work. Powerful disruptions are changing our world. The gig economy, remote work, and the sharing economy have disrupted traditional employment models. The new generation is often at the forefront of these economic changes, seeking flexibility and independence in their careers.

Technological Disruption: The new generation is witnessing rapid technological advancements and digital transformation. They are at the forefront of embracing and driving these changes, leading to disruptions in various industries. Examples include the rise of blockchain, artificial intelligence, and the gig economy. Frontier technologies such as the Internet of Things, smart robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence are boosting productivity growth, raising prosperity, and replacing mundane or dangerous tasks.
