The User, means and include the person using the Website), is expected to read the terms and conditions of the Agreement towards usage of the Content (videos, text, pdf, documents infographics, images, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) / Advertising / participation in the Webinar / Video conferencing / Webcast / Online Events / Online Exhibition / Online Chat / Online Activity like commenting, sharing, liking / Others before accepting the terms.

Times Strategic Solution Limited (“TSSL”) declare that any payment made through online mode, towards Content / Advertising / Sponsorship / Delegate fee / Exhibition fee/ Membership fee / Subscription fee / any other activity Fee or any related charges is non-refundable. Payment, once remitted through online mode, shall not be refunded under any circumstances. TSSL shall not be under obligation to refund any fee or amount to the payee. TSSL reserves the right to modify and amend refund policy at its sole discretion. All disputes regard to this policy shall be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only.

Refund, if any, shall be affected only and only based on the terms and conditions of the Agreement signed by the authorised representative of TSSL and the payee. Such refund request to be sent at the address as mentioned in the agreement. Any refund, if processed to the payee, shall be done without any interest or compensation or damages or cost. Such refund shall be subject to deduction of administrative charges by TSSL. Any such refund shall happen to the same account/credit card/ debit card, from where the amount was received by TSSL. In absence of any Agreement signed between us, there shall not be any refund under any circumstances.

TSSL may, at its sole discretion, reject requests for availing Refunds from users requesting serial or repeated refunds, or Users who have violated or are suspected of violation of the Terms of Use, or any other terms and conditions of use of the Website.

The terms of this policy shall supersede all prior discussions, agreements and negotiations between the parties as to the subject matter hereof.

This Refund Policy is a part of, and incorporated within, the Terms of Use. As a condition of registering with TSSL and using the services offered through this Website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Refund Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease use of all TSSL services.
