Ada Dyndo

With a decade of living and working in India, Ada Dyndo has become a leading expert in Poland-India business relations while actively championing a more inclusive business landscape.

Ada is the President of WICCI’s India-EU Business Council, a unique networking platform that connects and empowers women in business across India and Europe. Under her leadership, the Council fosters cross-border collaborations, strengthens people-to-people connections, and amplifies women’s voices in the India-EU business ecosystem.

Her professional journey has led her to hold key leadership roles in India, including Director of the India Desk at the Indo-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IPCCI), Head of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) in Mumbai, and Principal Consultant at the European Business and Technology Centre (EBTC) in New Delhi. In addition to her business engagements, Ada is an Expert at the Boym Institute, a Polish think tank, where she contributes to research on India and its market dynamics.

A frequent speaker at major business events in India, Ada is recognized for her contributions to India-EU relations and gender equality. She has been named among the Top 40 Leaders Under 40 by the Europe India Centre for Business and Industry and received the Women Leaders Award from Her Key, India’s largest online platform for professional women.

Beyond business, Ada is an Indologist with two Master’s degrees in Indian Studies and Eurasian Studies from the University of Warsaw. She also pursued doctoral studies in Political Science and studied across Nepal, India, and Thailand. With fluency in Polish, English, French, and Hindi, she brings her deep cultural understanding to building meaningful business collaborations.
