Mayur is an astute Supply Chain professional with over 22 years of experience into streams of
Supply Chain viz. Warehousing (conventional / WMS / Racking), Distribution – Ambient & Temperature controlled (Primary / Secondary), Distribution resource planning, Demand & Supply planning, Continuous Replenishment basis scientific norms, Material resource planning for seamless production, cost reduction projects, Network optimization, driving S&OE / S&OP & managing AOP budgets , Network design & distribution footprint expansion.
Mayur had worked with reputed FMCG MNC’s viz. Coca Cola, Nestle, Hindustan Unilever, Britannia, Del Monte Foods & current assignment is with J.K White Cement & Paints business as Head of Supply Chain.
He had played a pivotal role in establishing the paints vertical for JK MAXX paints & build the entire value chain for paints ready business in record time, implemented a robust S&OP module & also initiated a Supply chain control tower backed by A.I & M.L.
Had been instrumental in building a strong distribution footprint, business mergers, warehouse consolidations & certain cross functional projects viz. Increasing Numeric Reach & Distribution in Rural belt (Britannia), Robust Supply Chain to supply direct to E.com (Del Monte India), Cross docking project for Fresh Dairy (Britannia), Building a Future ready distribution model (J.K Cement) & building supply chain capabilities for new paints business starting from scratch ,are some of the key projects in last couple of years.
His academics: – Post Graduate of commerce, Advance Program in Supply Chain Management from IIM Kolkata, MDP in Supply Chain from IIM Lucknow.
He had won many awards & accolades viz. – 40 under 40 Supply Chain super achiever award
(Celerity); Visionary Supply Chain leader (ISCM), Transformation leader supply chain (ISCM) ; Supply chain visionary leader award (Empiric media); SCM Leader of the year (UBS forum) and many more , he is actively involved in panel discussions , individual speaker as well , there are many articles which had been published in different supply chain journals.
