Mr. Sanjay Jain is the Group Chief Executive Officer at PDS Limited, a leading global fashion infrastructure company. A veteran business leader, Mr Jain brings over three decades of experience in business leadership, spanning the retail, media, & entertainment sectors. He took on his role at PDS Limited in January 2021 and has led PDS to further strengthen its global footprint and establish itself as a trusted partner for fashion businesses worldwide – managing an annual Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of approximately $1.8 billion.

Prior to joining PDS, Sanjay held leadership roles at Future Group where he served as CEO of Future Retail Limited and Group CFO; along with key positions at Zee Group, Eicher Group, and Essel Group. Sanjay’s storied experience also includes international leadership, from when he served as part of the senior leadership team in Belgium responsible for integrating acquired companies across North America, Europe, and Asia. Sanjay holds an MBA in Finance and was a gold medallist in his undergraduate degree. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. His leadership is defined by strategic vision, disciplined execution, and a deep commitment to building long-term value.

Today, PDS operates 90+ offices across 24 countries with over 4,400 employees and 6,100 factory associates, and Sanjay has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth trajectory and advancing PDS’ bespoke sourcing capabilities across key global markets through a variety of evolving market conditions. In recognition of his ability to lead large-scale transformations and deliver sustainable results, Sanjay was honoured as ‘CEO of the Year’ at the Business Leader of the Year 2022 awards and has been named ‘Best CFO’ multiple times by leading industry bodies.
