Dr. Upasana Arora is the Managing Director of Yashoda Group of Hospitals, an institution in the healthcare sector known for delivering globally benchmarked, patient-centric care. An alumna of Harvard Medical School and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Dr. Arora combines global academic knowledge with a strong sense of empathy. She is also a Fellow of the International Society for Quality in Healthcare and Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom. Her leadership philosophy is anchored in ethics, spiritual well-being, and inclusivity, values she has integrated into every layer of the Yashoda group of hospitals’ culture.

Apart from her work at the Yashoda group of hospitals, she is actively involved in building India’s healthcare ecosystem through influential industry federations. She is the Chairperson of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Division, Co-Chairperson of the Healthcare and Empowerment Councils at ASSOCHAM, and a member of the Medical Tourism Committee at FICCI. She also represents the NABH as an ambassador and is a panel member at the Emirates International Accreditation Centre.

Over the years, Dr. Arora has received numerous honors, including the ASSOCHAM Business Woman of the Year Award, the Uttar Pradesh Ratan Award, the Healthcare Innovator Award, and the FICCI FLO Women’s Award in Healthcare.
