Sanjay moved in 2019 to India from USA as the EVP, India Country Head & Board of Director, he is responsible to develop strategic direction & provide the leadership and vision necessary to grow the 6,000 plus India organization. He is also Global SBU Head of Parexel’s Safety Services Business and Clinical supplies & Logistics business which includes the global distributions centers & infrastructure

Sanjay previously at DHL as the VP for Life Sciences and Healthcare APAC, based in Singapore he was responsible to manage the Global Logistics & Supply Chain business for the top Life Science & Healthcare Customers across all DHL BU’s within APAC. He was a member of the DHL Life Sciences and Healthcare Board.
Sanjay has completed his “Advanced Management Program” from Harvard Business School and is alsoa Harvard Alumni.
Sanjay holds a master’s degree in marketing management & a bachelor’s degree in commerce & economics. He also has a Professional Diploma in Software Technology and Systems Management.
Sameer is a highly accomplished professional with over 21 years of international experience in successfully delivering large-scale programs for global clients across Government, Telecom, and Finance sectors. With deep expertise in Sector Potential Realization, he has played a pivotal role in Urban Transformation, Technology, Climate, and Infrastructure Finance initiatives. His extensive knowledge encompasses strategic planning, policy formulation, program management, transaction advisory, business process modeling, ICT integration, infrastructure asset lifecycle management, and managed service delivery. His ability to conceptualize, implement, and manage high-impact projects has enabled him to drive sustainable and technology-driven solutions across multiple domains.
At Primus, Sameer spearheads various strategic initiatives in Urban, Technology, Climate, and Infrastructure Finance, working closely with national priority programs such as Smart Cities, Swachh Bharat, AMRUT, and Real Estate reforms. His responsibilities include designing and implementing policy frameworks, providing transaction advisory services, optimizing business processes, and facilitating digital transformation through cutting-edge ICT solutions. His engagements with central and state governments involve extensive stakeholder collaboration, ensuring holistic and impactful policy execution. His expertise has been instrumental in guiding infrastructure asset lifecycle management strategies, enabling governments to enhance efficiency and service delivery in urban development projects.
Prior to his role at Primus, Sameer was a key leader at KPMG, where he led high-profile engagements under flagship programs like Smart Cities, AMRUT, and Swachh Bharat. His work spanned multiple states and cities, including Indore, Gwalior, Ranchi, Nashik, Vizag, Jharkhand, and Madhya Pradesh, where he played a crucial role in urban transformation initiatives. He has been a trusted advisor to central ministries, including the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), and the Ministry of Tourism (MoT), as well as to state governments in Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh. He has also worked extensively with leading agencies such as the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and NIC, providing critical insights for large-scale policy and development projects.
Earlier in his career, Sameer held leadership positions at Ericsson and TCS, where he gained extensive international exposure, spending over eight years in the U.S. and China. During this time, he played key roles in business development, process consulting, project management, sales, and IT operations. His work focused on enhancing operational efficiencies, streamlining processes, and driving digital transformation across telecom and financial services industries. His ability to integrate emerging technologies into business models helped organizations achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Sameer has also engaged with prominent international organizations, including USTDA, USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, FCDO (UK), III (Taiwan), ADB, World Bank, WHO, and Europe AID. His collaborations with these institutions have facilitated innovative solutions for urban development, infrastructure financing, and technology-driven governance. His deep understanding of international best practices has enabled him to bridge policy gaps and drive impactful reforms in multiple geographies.
His professional achievements have been widely recognized, earning him the prestigious “Next 100 CIO” Award in 2013, an accolade that acknowledges India’s top professionals poised to take on Chief Information Officer roles. Additionally, his academic excellence was honored by IIM Ahmedabad, where he was featured on the Dean’s List, recognizing the top five students across the institute. He holds an Advanced Management Program certification from IIM Ahmedabad, along with other relevant qualifications that further bolster his professional credentials.
Nitin has been working for more than 25 years in the industry, in the field of industrial automation and intralogistics serving various industries like, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Water Technologies, Cement, Mining, Airports & Logistics. For almost one and a half decade he has been working in the business leadership position for India and Asia. About a decade is contributed towards the Project Management, Business Development and Business Management of Industrial Automation Projects, Material Handling / Intralogistics Systems. He is currently working as a CEO for Asia Cluster of BEUMER Group a German Multinational in the field of Intralogistics Automation covering regions of China, Indian Subcontinent, Southeast Asia and Oceania.
