Barkha had a cameo in Ektaa R Kapoor’s ‘The Sabarmati Report’ film, where she plays the love interest of Vikrant Massey. She is a pioneer in digital content, having gained fame early on with relatable web series and evolving with the OTT space from YouTube. She’s received acclaim for her roles in projects like “Maja Ma” alongside Madhuri Dixit, “Engineering Girls,” “Girls On Top,” and “Please Find Attached.” Recently, she has also announced her upcoming project “Lafangey” with Amazon miniTV and has more releases planned. Barkha was also officially appointed to go and support Indian athletes at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
