Goda Ramkumar

Goda Ramkumar is the Vice President of Data Science at Swiggy, where she has been pivotal for nearly five years. She leads AI and Analytics teams across Swiggy’s core business units, including Food, Dineout, and Instamart, leveraging data-driven insights to drive innovation and business growth.

An alumnus of the prestigious IIT Madras, Goda holds both a B.Tech and M.Tech in Biotechnology and Operations Research. With over 17 years of experience, she has built a strong reputation for developing machine learning and optimization-based decision support systems across industries such as hyperlocal delivery, airline pricing, revenue management, ridesharing, mobility, and insurance.

Prior to Swiggy, she held key roles at Ola, xto10x, and Sabre, contributing to strategic advancements in AI and data science. She has also served as visiting faculty at IIM Calcutta and Jio Institute, sharing her expertise with the next generation of leaders. She has been recognized as one of the top 10 data scientists in India by Analytics Vidhya and Analytics India.

Beyond her corporate and academic contributions, Goda is a CXXO champion with Kalaari Capital, actively working to empower women entrepreneurs and foster a more inclusive business landscape.
