Małgorzata Bieniaszewska

Małgorzata Bieniaszewska is the owner of MB Pneumatyka, the only company in Poland and one of three in Europe specializing in the production of connectors for pneumatic systems in vehicles over 3.5 tons. She is also the owner of MBP PVT, a company based in Gujarat, India, manufacturing connectors for the Indian market.

She holds degrees in psychology from the SWPS University and in English philology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2018, she earned an Executive MBA from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd.

A businesswoman with over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, Małgorzata was included in Forbes Women’s “100 Women of the Year” list in 2020. She is a member of the Entrepreneurship Council of the President of Poland.

Since 2021, she has been a member of the Education Advisory Board for the Executive MBA program at Koźmiński University, one of the world’s top business schools according to the Financial Times.

Małgorzata is also a lecturer in leadership and negotiation at Gdańsk University of Technology and Kozminski University, delivering courses in executive MBA programs. She is the author of the book “The (Im)Perfect Leader: 14 Lessons in Effective Leadership.”

Her mission is to promote Polish-Indian collaboration and strengthen international partnerships.
