Ricky brings a diverse and thorough experience of more than 18 years in the hospitality, filming, and event management industry. He started his career at the age of 15 years with some renowned musicians and artists in the Bollywood industry and worked his way up the ladder. He then joined Innovative Group and Solutions to formally polish up his skills and talent in production and organizing events in various genres of event management industry. Later, he joined Tata Indicom as Sales and Marketing Specialist to bring more depth and professionalism to his pool of technical skills. He then moved to Mumbai for realizing his dream in making films, promotional shoots, musical videos and advertisements.

Ricky, sighting an opportunity then moved to Australia and worked with Raga Studios as a key event organizer. A budding talent in the industry, he showed immense promise through his innovative and enterprising ideas and organized sold out shows in Sydney and Melbourne.

Francesca Gatti is a seasoned expert in international development and security, with extensive experience in fragile contexts. Most recently, she served as a Security Sector Reform (SSR) Specialist and Gender Focal Point with the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA). In this capacity, she provided strategic technical advice to national stakeholders and UN leadership, focusing on mainstreaming gender and addressing conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) concerns. Her work involved navigating complex political sensitivities to foster national ownership and build political will.

Francesca previously managed women’s empowerment and girls’ education initiatives for the Princess Diya Kumari Foundation in India, creating equal opportunities through skill development and education. Her efforts addressed societal challenges by developing impact-driven strategies and fostering trust across diverse cultural contexts.

With a background in legal advisory at Dua Associates, she facilitated investment agreements and cross-border partnerships, honing her expertise in regulatory frameworks and economic cooperation.

Rishu Sharma is the Director & Digital Evangelist at Birlasoft. She leads the consulting and strategy for Digital and Data at Birlasoft.  Rishu has led consulting and research units, playing a pivotal role in establishing business units focused on specific practices such as Cloud and AI. Her efforts have been recognized with awards like Digital Titan at the ISG Women in Digital Awards 2024, Samarthya Samman award by Tech Observer magazine highlighting her significant contributions to enhancing the brand’s credibility and industry acceptance.

Dr. Tanmoy Chakraborty is currently holding the position of Registrar of SVKM’s NMIMS, Deemed to be University, Mumbai. He has served SVKM’s NMIMS as Additional Registrar too. Dr Tanmoy completed his Ph.D. from the University of Kalyani, West Bengal in 2011,

Prior to joining NMIMS, he held positions as a Professor and Deputy Director at Sharda University, Deputy Registrar (Office of the Vice Chancellor), and Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Presidency University, Bengaluru. He also served at Manipal University Jaipur for over 7.5 years in various senior academic administrative roles, including Deputy Registrar, HoD Chemistry, Associate Professor of Chemistry, and Faculty Coordinator (equivalent to Director) of Manipal University Jaipur-Teacher Empowerment Centre.

With 18 years of experience, Dr. Chakraborty has authored over 100 research articles in peer-reviewed high-impact factor indexed (SCI/SCOPUS) journals (mainly in Q1/Q2 category), along with more than 12 research books and numerous book chapters with reputed publication houses. He has established strong research collaborations with senior scientists from University of Grinora (Spain), University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), and Sivas Cumhuriyet University (Turkey). Recently, he completed an extramural research project as Principal Investigator, funded by DST-SERB under Core Research Grant Scheme (CRG/2020/002951).

Dr. Chakraborty possesses expertise in regulatory and statutory compliance, accreditation and ranking processes of higher educational institutes, examination systems and grading, NEP 2020, drafting policies/guidelines of the university/institute, framing the university’s strategic plan and future roadmap, academic administration, pedagogic and teaching-learning processes, outcome-based education, academic reform, along with Industry 4.0, human resource activities, and performance appraisal and career progression of faculty and staff members.

He has received the prestigious Paromeswar Mallik Smawarak Padak from Hooghly Mohsin College, Chinsurah (University of Burdwan), in 2002, and the Best Employee Award (Manipal University Jaipur President’s Award) from Manipal University Jaipur in 2016. Additionally, he has been appointed as a Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia.

She received her Master’s Degree in Commerce in (1986), and a Doctorate Degree in Commerce and Management, in (1994) from Andhra University. Debdoot is Chief Data Scientist at Meesho, where he leads a team that enables every pillar of the e-commerce marketplace to be smarter and more efficient with the use of AI. At Meesho, AI/ML helps increase demand by recommending the right products to every user at every touch point, empowers suppliers to effectively catalog and price products and optimizes the supply chain to improve fulfillment efficiency.
Debdoot has over 15 years of experience in building innovative AI products in social, mobile and e-commerce domains. Prior to Meesho, Debdoot was VP & Head of AI at ShareChat & Moj, where he led teams in the areas of recommender systems, multimodal learning and camera tech. Before that, he set up the AI team at Hike Messenger that developed novel methods for conversation modeling in Indic languages, massive scale social graph mining, among others.
Previously, he led ML efforts at Myntra for applications such as personalized search, product discovery, marketing and merchandising intelligence. Debdoot started his career in the domains of enterprise search and information extraction at IBM Research. Debdoot is a gold medallist from IIT Delhi from where he graduated with a Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
