Rajneesh Chopra, a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience in driving transformative change in the realms of Retail, Direct Selling, Social Commerce, and Digital Transformation. As the Head of Amway India, I am a passionate advocate for health and wellbeing, consistently pushing the boundaries to redefine what success means.
My unwavering personal values which are integral to every aspect of my professional journey have guided me to orchestrate business turnarounds and enhance productivity across diverse geographies. Deep understanding of human behaviour and cultural subtleties has equipped me to proficiently navigate complex environments and fuel growth across markets in Southeast Asia, India, and North America.

In early 2013, I took on the role of Vice President of Sales for Amway North America, overseeing critical functions. With a strategic perspective,we implemented innovative strategies that contributed to Amway North America’s ascent as one of the company’s leading markets.

I also served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Immunotec in Texas, recently, where I was responsible for creating business strategies and leading the company’s comprehensive plan involving 14 global markets. I had the opportunity to lead the entire scope of digital transformation, sales, and marketing functions, while also spearheading team efforts focused on innovation and championing advancements in science.

I started my professional journey with the cosmetic brand Revlon in India, in Sales and Marketing.

My academic journey reflects my unwavering commitment to excellence, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Honours from Delhi University, an MBA in International and Domestic Marketing, and having completed the Leadership Executive Acceleration Program from Thunderbird School of Global Management. I thrive on challenges and embrace change as the driving force behind success. Continually, I’m at the forefront, pushing the boundaries, particularly in the realms of business innovation and growth.
