Aleksander Siemaszko

Director, Department for International Trade and Cooperation, Ministry of Economic Development, Poland

Aleksander Siemaszko – Director at the Department for International Trade and Cooperation at the Ministry for Economic Development and Technology. . He also serves as the representative of Minister of Economic Development on the Board of the Eastern Studies Centre. A graduate of University of Warsaw and Warsaw School of Economics as well as College of Europe (Bruges), he also studies at Northeastern Illinois University and Sciences-Po Paris. He completed executive courses at Oxford University Blavatnik School of Government and Stern Leadership Academy at Stanford Graduate School of Business Prior to entering the Polish civil service he worked at the European Parliament as an advisor responsible for transatlantic relations and energy security as well as Friends of Europe think-tank and the European Commission Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport.
