An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Amit Rathi has over two decades of experience in Private
Banking and Wealth Management. He previously held leadership positions at Centrum Private
Wealth Management India, where he served as Senior Managing Partner and Executive Director
during an 11-year tenure. His experience includes leadership roles at HSBC where he led large-scale wealth management and branch banking operations

He has architected and scaled Spark Capital PWM’s business from inception largely in North & East. As Managing Director – Private Clients, he has established a comprehensive multi-city presence across Delhi/NCR, Lucknow, Kanpur, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Gujarat, building a robust team of 100+ professionals and creating the organizational infrastructure necessary for sustained growth.

He is a combination of having a long-term vision with operational excellence. His ability to look at
macro aspects as well as get micro at the same time helps build a sustainable and growing business. Fully in control with a large and diverse team, he brings in immense passion and energy to the team.
