Animesh Raizada is a dynamic business leader driving Spark Capital PWM’s operational excellence and strategic growth as Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer. With over 25f years of extensive experience in wealth management, consumer banking, credit cards, and capital markets, he brings proven expertise in P&L management, business strategy development, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to Spark PWM, Animesh served as Chief Operating Officer at Centrum India, where he spearheaded digitalization, automation, and process transformation. His key achievements included launching Wealthverse (a HNI-focused mobile app and customer portal), implementing Finwiz for automated portfolio analytics, establishing the risk management framework, and deploying Salesforce CRM for enhanced client management. Before Centrum, he spent over two decades at HSBC in progressively senior roles, including Head of Customer Value Management (with P&L responsibility for Credit Cards, Mortgages, and Loans), Head of Wealth Management, and leadership positions in Online & NRI Business. He also served as Director on the board of HSBC InvestDirect (India) Limited.

An alumnus of IIM Lucknow (PGDBM, Finance & Marketing) and IIT Kanpur (B. Tech, Chemical Engineering), Animesh combines strong analytical foundations with strategic business acumen. His well-rounded experience across product management, digital development, proposition design, and sales & marketing positions him to lead Spark PWM’s continued growth and operational transformation.
