As the chief architect of the company’s strategic vision and financial direction, he has been instrumental in transforming TCI Express into a benchmark for speed, scale, and service excellence in the Indian logistics ecosystem. 

Under his dynamic leadership, TCI Express has witnessed consistent, industry-leading growth, expanding its network to nearly 1,000 branches and over 60,000 delivery and pickup locations across the country. His forward-looking growth roadmap envisions further strengthening this footprint, with plans to scale the branch network to 1,500 locations over the next two years, reinforcing TCI Express’s unmatched reach and operational agility. 

Mr. Agarwal successfully spearheaded the IPO of TCI Express in 2017, marking a defining milestone in the company’s journey. Since listing, the company has maintained a strong growth trajectory, backed by disciplined financial management, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation.

He serves as a Management Committee Member on the Board of the Express Industry Council of India (EICI), where he actively contributes to shaping policy, driving regulatory reforms, and advocating for the advancement of India’s logistics and express delivery sector through constructive engagement with the government.

Mr. Agarwal holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bryant College, Rhode Island, USA, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) Program, which he completed in March 2018. He has further enhanced his leadership acumen through advanced executive programs in management and finance at globally reputed institutions such as the National University of Singapore and INSEAD Business School. 

An active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) since 2006, Mr. Agarwal brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset to his leadership approach. 

Early in his career, his hands-on experience with Transfreight USA, a third-party logistics provider specialising in lean logistics for Toyota Motor Vehicles, USA (2001–02), laid a strong operational foundation and gave him deep, practical insights into global logistics and supply chain excellence.
