Palash Srivastava, Deputy Managing Director at India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL), is a distinguished infrastructure finance leader with nearly three decades of experience in public-private partnerships, structured finance, and capacity building. He has led project appraisal and long-term financing across roads, ports, airports, railways, urban transport, water, and waste management, while expanding into emerging sectors such as aerospace, agri storage, SEZs, IT infrastructure, healthcare, and tourism. He has contributed to key national committees, including the Kelkar Committee and the 12th Five Year Plan Working Group on Urbanization. He also helped formulate environment rating standards launched at COP21. An MBA from RA Poddar Institute and a Civil Engineering graduate from MNIT Jaipur, he has held leadership roles across major financial institutions.
