Renuka Jagtiani is the Co-founder and Chairwoman of Landmark Group, one of the largest and leading retail and hospitality groups in the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia, generating revenues of over US$7 billion. 

For over three decades, Renuka has steered Landmark Group’s endeavour for creating trusted brands, delivering seamless omnichannel experiences as well as driving market expansion for the group. Since launching Splash in 1993, Renuka has consistently pursued Landmark Group’s diversification into other retail categories and hospitality, accelerated the group’s growth across India and Southeast Asia, and introduced value grocery to the region with the launch of Viva in 2018. 

Her commitment to serving customers across channels catalysed Landmark Group’s omnichannel shift in 2012, followed by a major supply-chain transformation, including the development of the region’s largest automated Mega Distribution Centre in 2019.
