Shelly Henry is the CEO and Co-Founder of MooresLabAI, a deep-tech company reinventing silicon engineering where custom silicon can be designed at the speed of software using agentic artificial intelligence. His work focuses on transforming how advanced chips are built—dramatically reducing cost and time while expanding access to silicon innovation. 

Shelly holds a Bachelor’s degree from IIT Madras and a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor design and hardware engineering. He previously served as Director of Hardware Engineering at Microsoft and earlier worked at ARM, gaining deep expertise in processor architecture and scalable silicon platforms. 

Across his career, Shelly has designed and delivered more than 20 chips, including chips for Xbox, HoloLens, iPhones, Android phones, and systems for quantum computing, giving him rare end-to-end insight into modern chip development.
