Although he briefly explored a career with the global shipping giant Maersk in Denmark for two years, his true passion for food eventually led him back to his roots in India. Taking charge of his family business, Viraj spearheaded an explosive expansion in the retail and modern trade sectors, which ultimately led to the successful sale of the venture to a prominent German Food Major. Fuelled by an unwavering desire to continue pushing the boundaries of culinary innovation, Viraj founded Veeba in 2013.
