Craig Clulow is a senior property development executive with extensive international real estate and infrastructure development experience in Asia, Middle East, Africa and Australia. Craig Clulow has developed large mixed-use projects including regional international hotels, luxury apartments developments, reclaimed island development, shopping canters, commercial office, education assets and management of engineering teams. Criag Clulow has also managed the delivery of international infrastructure projects such as ports, rail, warehousing and logistics assets.
Craig Clulow has completed large mixed-use projects from project conception through financial feasibility, funding applications, design phase, contractor selection and delivery. Craig Clulow has extensive financial skills including working for international accounting firms and writing financial feasibility development software.
Craig Clulow has worked for large publicly listed companies, government and semi government organisations and large private families in senior roles including Vice President of Development and Group Chief Development Officer managing large teams of development professionals. Craig Clulow is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kigali Innovation City, a joint venture development between Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and Africa50 (A50), a 62 hectare mixed use innovation city, with universities and other associated assets (data centre, residential, commercial office, retail and international university hotel)..
