Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (including the ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Privacy Policy’ published on the website accessible at https://et-edge.com/policy/, hereinafter collectively known as “Terms”) are legally binding documents and are an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

  1. Payment Terms: Registration fee in full plus Taxes (“Fee”) shall be due and payable in advance, at the time of submission of this online form through RTGS/NEFT in the name of “Times Strategic Solutions Ltd.” only. Invoice will be issued to the Delegate upon receiving the payment. We reserve the right, to refuse you to attend the Event, if Fee is not received in advance.
  2. Event Participation: Submission of this Form and Payment of Fee doesn’t confirm your participation, and the same shall be subject to assessment of your profile by the Organiser. The Organiser has the right to reject your participation for the Event, in which case, the Fee paid by you shall be refunded. The confirmation of your participation for the Event shall be communicated to you by the Organiser. Right of admission reserved by the Organiser
  3. Cancellation/Substitution: Provided the Fee has been paid, substitutions up to 14 days before the date of the Event are allowed, but only if the substitute is from the same company, subject to payment of administration charges @10% of the Fee. In any case, substitution shall be at the discretion of Times Strategic Solutions Limited (“TSSL”), after TSSL is satisfied with the credentials of the person, being substituted for the Event. Save as otherwise mentioned in clause 2 of this Terms, the Fee paid under this form is not refundable under any circumstances. On submission of this form, you failed to attend, it will not constitute cancellation and the liability of the Delegate for payment shall still subsist.
  4. Delegate Registration: The delegate pass to attend the Event is non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged or assigned to another person.
  5. Intellectual Property Rights: Intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by TSSL in connection with this Event is/are solely owned by TSSL and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
  6. Data Protection: Delegate confirms that it has consented to TSSL retain personal information on its database to be used by TSSL & its group companies and passed to selected third parties, in communicating products and services which may be of interest to the Delegate. If the Delegate wishes to discontinue receiving information from TSSL, please email at delegate@et-edge.com. TSSL also takes photographs, audios and videos of Events, which might also reflect presence of Delegate. TSSL reserves the right to use this in its promotional materials in print, electronic, TV, its website, social media and other media platforms. Delegate confirms that it has consented to TSSL using his/her video/ picture captured during the Event.
  7. Decorum of Venue: TSSL is dedicated to maintain the Event a safe place, hence it is expected that Delegate/ it’s invitees/ representatives shall not involve in any act, which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, violative of any law, infringement of any IPR, misleading statements, causing harm to other attendees, breach of any rules of Event premises, failing which TSSL shall have the right to restrict entry of such person, causing nuisance and/or deny other deliverables. TSSL will only make general security arrangements. Delegate should take all possible precautions and will be responsible for their own security & goods, if any. Individual security arrangements, if any should be made only through an approved agency, with prior written approval of TSSL. The right to admission of Delegate in the Event shall be subject to Delegate adhering to the law of land and rules and regulations of the Event premises.
  8. Force Majeure: TSSL shall not have any liability, if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations due to the occurrence of any force majeure event. If in case there is any restriction on the number of participants to attend the Event, TSSL shall inform the Delegate and endeavor to organize a mixed (on-ground and online) Event to ensure all the eligible participants attend the Event. In case TSSL cancels the Event for any reason whatsoever and Provided that the Event is not postponed to a later date, nor is merged with another Event, the Delegate shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Delegate has paid to such permanently canceled Event, valid for up to six months to be used at another Event of TSSL. In case, TSSL cancels or postpones the Event, TSSL shall not be responsible for any cost incurred by Delegate towards the travel, etc.
  9. Governing law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
  10. General:
    1. While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the scheduled Event Date, TSSL reserves the right to change Event dates, time, or merge with any other Event as it deems necessary and in such situation no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
    2. Notwithstanding anything contained contrary in any other document/ agreements/ email exchange between the parties, the terms mentioned herein shall supersede and prevail.
    3. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses caused to other party. Neither Party shall not have any liability under this agreement, except as expressly agreed in writing.
    4. Any addition, or amendment of any of these Terms & Conditions shall be agreed in writing by both the Parties. No alteration, amendment, or waiver of these terms and conditions shall operate to release the Delegate of its payment obligations.
    5. In case, any provision of these terms & conditions is deemed to be void, invalid or unenforceable than that provision shall be served from the remainder, so not to cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of the terms & conditions

Note: All prices mentioned in this document are subject to automatic conversion from USD to INR based on the prevailing live exchange rates at the time of transaction. The exchange rate applied will be as per the rate provided by the authorized financial institution handling the transaction.
